Where can I find my documents and forms?
All shared files and forms are available in the Documents section of your portal.
Log in to TherapyPortal.com:
If you are on your computer: at the top of the portal you will see "Documents." If you are on your phone: at the top right of the portal you will see three black horizontal lines. Click on the lines to expand the menu. You will see "Documents."
You will see a list of paperwork & forms that are on your file. This is where all of your shared files live.

Need to upload a document? You can send a file or photo to our secure front office number at (586) 716-7600 or via email at office@nhcounselingcenter.com and we will upload it for you.
