Jessica Bungart

LLPC, Intuitive Eating Coach

Growing up in rural Michigan taught me the importance of community and connection, inspiring my journey in social advocacy and counseling. In our telehealth sessions, I create a supportive, non-judgmental space where you can share your experiences openly. As a neurodiverse individual, I’m committed to empowering diverse communities, including LGBTQIA+ and HAES. My personal journey toward body acceptance has transformed my perspective, and my mission is to help others find joy and self-acceptance. Together, we can navigate your path to healing and empowerment!

Roberta Wolschon

MA LPC NCC

I am dedicated to supporting individuals who seek greater safety, authenticity, and connection in their lives, relationships, and overall well-being. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, curiosity, and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. I offer a non-judgmental space where we explore the origins of trauma, depression, and anxiety, focusing on self-compassion and personal growth.

Through a blend of somatic experiencing, cognitive-behavioral reflection, and humanistic insight, I guide clients in understanding their behaviors, emotions, and physical sensations. Together, we uncover blind spots, establish healthy boundaries, and cultivate self-awareness. I work with young adults and middle-aged individuals, helping them navigate life's challenges, recognize unhealthy patterns, and find new, fulfilling ways to meet their needs. My goal is to foster a journey toward emotional healing, self-compassion, and lasting transformation.

Everyone has their own path, and I believe in treating each person with the same respect and care, whether in or out of therapy. We may have different experiences, but we share more in common than we think. I've seen people of all ages discover new perspectives and unlock happiness they never thought possible. My goal is to help you get back to feeling like yourself and improve your daily life, whether you're facing challenges at school, work, in relationships, or elsewhere. Together, we'll work on building practical skills to reduce stress, build resilience, and boost your self-esteem.

LLMSW

Hi, I’m James, a therapist with a Master’s in Social Work from Wayne State University. I bring an empathetic, relaxed, and consistent presence to each session. My passion lies in supporting individuals through life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, substance use, relationship struggles, or major transitions. I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Schema Therapy, and mindfulness practices to help clients build lasting change. I’m also a big believer in the healing power of nature, connection, and creativity (and I’ve got a solid vinyl and sneaker collection to prove it!).

M.Ed LLPC CADC

I’m passionate about starting real conversations with men—ones that spark meaningful thoughts, build emotional intelligence, and support personal growth.

I work with guys aged 14 and up, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to open up and just be yourself. In that space, we can work on building a deeper understanding of your emotions, how to manage your emotions, and how to recognize and respond to others' emotions healthily. This work will help you handle stressful situations better, communicate more effectively, and build stronger relationships. We can do this work together by forming a strong, trusting connection that will help you grow at your own pace, in an environment where you’re supported every step of the way.
