What can I expect in my first therapy session?
Your first session is a chance to get acquainted — your therapist will learn about you and help set goals together.
In your first session, your therapist will get to know you, discuss your concerns, and work with you to set goals for your treatment. There's no pressure to share everything right away — go at your own pace.
Sessions typically last 45–60 minutes and can take place in person at one of our locations or via telehealth.
