
How do I view or pay my bill?
Billing is managed through your client portal — you can view statements and make payments anytime.
Log into TherapyPortal.com with your email and password.
If you are on your computer: at the top of the portal you will see "Billing." If you are on your phone: at the top right of the portal you will see three black horizontal lines. Click on the lines to expand the menu. You will see "Billing."
Click on "Billing" option.
You will see your current and past receipts.
To make a payment: click on an open bill and select 'Pay Now.' Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

You may also make in-person payments before or after appointments.
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, checks, and HSA cards.
For a statement, contact the front desk by phone, portal message, or text.
