How do I send a message to my therapist or the office?
Log into the portal, go to Messages, and click 'New Message' to reach us.
Log into TherapyPortal.com with your email and password.
If you are on your computer: at the top of the portal you will see "Messages." If you are on your phone: at the top right of the portal you will see three black horizontal lines. Click on the lines to expand the menu. You will see "Messages."
Click on "Messages" option.
You will see your inbox.
At the top right of your inbox a button that will say "New" or "New Conversation."
Click on the button to begin composing a message. You will be able to indicate who you would like to send the message to and the topic. Then you can craft your subject line and message.
Click "Send Message" to send the message to our team.
