You have taken the first step in the treatment process. If you are looking for help, please follow the prompts below:
1) Let's set up your first appointment!
Start by calling 586.716.7600, click the email link at the top of the page, or request your first appointment by providing your contact information and preferences in the space provided at the bottom of this webpage.
2) After establishing your first appointment, your next step is to set up your Portal account. Our staff will send you a Welcome email for our patient portal.
3) Complete all the documents sent to the best of your ability, and we will assist you if you need direction. Give us a call, text or email.
